GOOD MORNING ALL !! First Day back at the gym ONe step at a time!!

Well I made it did my hour and got the heck out !!! I worked out on the bike today and decided to do the treadmill tomorrow! I also worked the cirquit and wow have not done that in a while so my legs and arms have deff had a work out that's for sure !!

working out just gives me such a rush and makes me feel so much better so I shall continue !!

Friday morning I shall try zoomba in the water now that is going to be funny as hell lol

all I have to remember is one step at a time and I will be on my way back to one of my passions that being a great work out

    Good for you, I have a tread mill at home I have to get started they say it’s good for my diabetes and will help so we’ll see.. I hope to try to lose weight and get healthier that’s been my goal for quite a while but I’ve been so tired from taking care of my mom and just some plain laziness to… I guess I just need the right motivation.
